Wrist Isometric Strength with Forearm in Neutral - Ulnar Deviation

Wrist Isometric Strength with Forearm in Neutral - Ulnar Deviation

Start by sitting on a chair, with your upper arm close to your side and the elbow at a right angle. Hold one end of a Therabar and support the other end against your thigh near the knee.

Maintain the neutral position of the wrist and pull the elbow backwards. Return to the starting position.

Note. By moving the hand lower on the Therabar, the resistance, i.e., the torque to be resisted during movement, increases.

Required equipment: Therabar
