Walking on tip toes - with table

Stand up straight next to a kitchen bench or a sturdy table that you can hold.
Put fingers on the table for balance.
With your feet hip width apart, lift your heels off and hold the weight over the big toes
While maintaining the position, walk along the bench.
When you reach the end, turn around and return to the starting point.
