TRX low row

Stand up straight with your feet shoulder width apart.
The straps need to be slightly shortened.
Grasp the handles and walk yourself forwards, underneath the TRX.
Your body will be parallel to the floor with your knees bend to 90 degrees, and your arms straight up towards the ceiling.
Keeping your feet flat on the floor and your body in a straight line, bend your elbows pulling them in towards your sides.
Your body will move upwards in the direction of the straps.
Slowly lower yourself back to the starting position, maintaining a straight line from your shoulders to your knees throughout the exercise.
