Trunk rotation stretch in supine

Lie on your back.
Bend one leg and take it across your body.
Place your hand on the leg to bring it closer to the ground.
Reach the other arm out to the side in the opposite direction.
Relax your shoulders against the floor.
You will feel the stretch in your lower back and bottom and your chest muscles.
Hold the stretch while breathing smoothly.
