Transverse rotation control (TRC) Leg Lifts with Noodle

Stand in chest deep water. Place your arms on top of a woggle and squat down until your shoulders are just under the surface of the water. Slide your shoulder blades down your back towards your pelvis.

Lift both feet 5 cm off the bottom of the pool. Hold and slowly lower your feet down.
