Trampoline Jumping and Pelvic Floor Contraction

Tighten your pelvic floor muscles before jumping.
Start with small jumps on the spot and continue with this technique, stopping before you notice any symptoms.
To progress tighten your pelvic floor, make your jumps higher and consider jumping forwards or backwards to make the exercise more challenging for the pelvic floor.
