Throwing a ball whilst moving in a circle

Stand up up straight with a medium sized ball held in both hands.
Focus on the ball as you throw it up in the air.
Take a side step around an imaginary circle before you catch the ball.
Repeat this so that you continue to step round.
Maintain your focus on the ball throughout the exercise.
Take time in between throws for your symptoms to settle if you need.
