Thoracic rotation in sitting with hands clasped in front
Sit on a ball with feet hip-width apart.
Clasp your hands together at shoulder height.
Engage your core muscles and turn your upper torso from one side to the other.
Remember to initiate the turn from the bottom of your breast bone.
Your pelvis, hips and your lower back should remain still by keeping your core muscles engaged.
Keep your shoulders relaxed as your perform the exercise.
