Tandem PNF resisted arm elevation on a balance mat

Stand up straight on a balance mat and place one foot in front of the other.
The toes of your back foot should just touch the heel of your front foot, or as close as possible.
Hold a resistance band in each hand, gripping tightly with the arm you do not want to move.
Pull the band diagonally up and away from your body in a steady motion.
Aim to finish with your arm as high up and away from your body as you can comfortably manage.
Keep your balance as you slowly lower your arm back down to the starting position.

Required equipment: Wobble cushion / foam, Resistance band
