Suspension strap shoulder internal rotation

Stand upright with feet shoulder width apart.
Adjust the handles of the suspension straps to approximately waist height in starting position.
Face away from the anchor point and with your arms bent up to 90 degrees, parallel with your body, and hands pointed towards the ceiling.
Grab hold of both handles.
Lean slightly forwards, maintaining your body position.
Keeping your ribs down and back straight, rotate your hands forward using your elbows as the pivot point.
Hold briefly and then return to the starting position.
Make sure your upper arms stay parallel to the ground throughout the movement.
