Supine Resisted Clams

Lie on your back and place a resistance band around your knees.
Bend your legs, keeping your feet flat on the floor and in line with your hips.
Use your core stability muscles to keep the body stable.
Keeping your feet together, move your knees away from each other against the resistance of the band.
Hold for required amount of time and then return to the starting position in a controlled manner.

Required equipment: Mat, Resistance band
