Step up with knee drive - Over a box with weight overhead
Stand with your feet hip-width apart.
Hold a weight plate in an overhead position with your arms straight and shoulders active.
Step up onto the box, rise up onto your toes and lift the knee high.
Continue forward and step down from the box into a lunge in a controlled manner.
Step down from the box, turn and repeat.
