Standing Hip External Rotation in 30 Degree Flexion

Start by standing with an exercise band attached to one ankle and secured low to the same side with the slack taken off. Bend over until your hips are bent approx. 30 degrees, bend the knee of the leg and lift foot off the floor. Take support if needed.

Keep your thighs parallel and stretch the band by turning your hip outwards and bringing the foot behind the standing leg. Feel the muscles in your hip working. Return to the starting position.
