Standing elbow to knee

Stand upright with your feet shoulder width apart and arms by your sides.
Bring one arm up, elbow pointed towards the floor.
Lift your opposite leg off the ground.
Reach your elbow to your knee as you lift your leg.
Return to starting position and repeat on the opposite side.
Build the speed at which you can perform this movement in a stable manner.
