Stand Up and Turn 360 Degrees

Sit in a chair with your back away from the back support.
Shift your weight forwards and stand up by straightening your hips and knees. Only use your arms, if needed.
Standing in the same place, turn around 360 degrees.
Sit back down safely, after making sure that the chair is behind you.
After sitting down, stand back up and turn around in the opposite direction.
