Ski poling jump
Stand up straight.
Bring one arm up and the leg forward from the same side.
Transfer your weight on the front leg by leaning your trunk forward.
Move the opposite arm and leg behind you.
When ready, quickly jump and swap the positions of the arms and legs.
Repeat the movement.
