Sitting to lying on your back - to affected side

Sit on a bed with feet flat on the floor.
Cross your feet over, with your unaffected leg underneath.
Drop down onto your shoulder taking support from the bed with your other hand.
As you do so bring your legs into the bed.
Slowly roll onto your back and straighten your legs.
