Sit ups - Ball overhead throw

Lie on a mat with a medicine ball.
Bend your knees, keeping your feet flat on the floor.
Hold the medicine ball between both hands and move it overhead keeping the ball just off the floor.
Sit up and throw the ball to a partner standing in front of you or against a wall.
Your partner will return the ball or it will bounce off the wall.
Catch the ball whilst returning to the starting position.
