Sit Up with One Arm Kettlebell Press
Lie on your back with knees slightly bent.
Hold a kettlebell with elbow bent.
Lean forward and come to a sit-up position.
Whilst you sit up press the kettlebell up, straighten the elbow and rotate the upper body.
Lower the arm and body to the starting position lying flat on your back.
Required equipment: Weights, free, Kettlebell
