Side lying leg lifts - version 2

Lie on your side with your head resting on your bottom arm.
Place your top arm on the floor with the elbow bent in front of you for balance.
Your pelvis should be perpendicular to the floor with your legs pressing together and slightly to the front.
EXHALE: lift both legs off the floor, keeping them locked.
INHALE: lower your legs back down to the floor.
Keep your feet aligned and together throughout the exercise.
