Shoulder horizontal abduction with rotations

Stand tall holding dumbbells in both hands, arms by your sides and palms facing inward. Lift your arms forwards to shoulder level.

Keeping elbows straight, rotate your arms inwards and outwards and bring them to the side at the same time. Bring your arms forward in the same way.
