Shoulder horizontal abduction in side lying with dumbbell - Version 2

Lie on your side with your head supported. Hold a dumbbell in your upper hand and straighten your arm in front of you.

Keeping your arm straight, lift the dumbbell up, pointing directly towards the ceiling. Lower in a controlled manner back near to the floor and repeat.
