Serratus anterior punch - upwards

Stand up straight with the resistance band securely fixed behind.
While holding the end of the resistance band, bring your hand close to the shoulder.
Maintain a neutral spine and engage your deep abdominal and shoulder blade muscles throughout this exercise.
Punch your hand forwards and upwards against the resistance of the band.
Ensure you keep your upper back straight.
Pause, then return to the start position with control.
Repeat the movement.
