Seated Deltoid Raise with Bent Arms

Sit up straight, holding dumbbells with your elbows bent to 90 degrees.

Keep your elbows bent and lift your arms to the side and keep dumbbells at the level of your elbows or slightly higher. In a controlled manner, return to the starting position.

Note: Do not shrug your shoulders.
