Seated bent over row with dumbbells
Sit upright in your chair with your upper body bent forward against your thighs and arms by your sides.
Hold a dumbbell in each hand.
With slightly bent elbows, lift your elbows up towards the ceiling, bringing your shoulder blades together.
Hold for the required amount of time and then return to starting position.
