Saphenous Nerve, Knee Tensioner

Starting position:
Lie on your back with the affected leg in hip extension, abduction and external rotation, the knee flexed and the ankle in dorsiflexion and eversion

Assistant / therapist manually moves the knee into extension and flexion. Keep the other joints still. Alternate between these two positions.

The technique should be painless.
The movements should only be taken to the point where the patient begins to feel something.
