Stand about 10 cm away from wall with a ball between you and the wall at waist height (soccer ball or equivalent). One exercise band is wrapped around one foot and attached to opposite hand. The other exercise band is connected to both hands. Place both hands against the wall at shoulder height.
Keep the ball and the hand with only 1 exercise band in place. The hand with the two pieces of exercise band reaches out to the side and up. In a controlled manner return to the starting position.
