Resisted shoulder external rotation and flexion

Stand in an upright position.
Hold an exercise band in both hands with elbows bent to a right angle.
Keep your shoulder blades back and down and rotate your arms outwards against resistance, keeping your elbows by your side.
Raise your arms up, keeping tension on the band, until your elbows are level with your shoulders.
Reverse the movement in a controlled manner back to the starting position.
Relax and repeat.
