Resisted forearm supination - slow eccentric phase

Start in a seated position with your arms by your side.
Bend your elbows with your palms facing down.
Hold a resistance band taut in your hands.
Turn your affected hand so your palm faces the ceiling, stretching the band.
Control the movement as you return your palm to face the floor again.
