Resisted Chest Press with Resistance Band

Loop a resistance band behind your back and under your arms, and hold the ends in each hand.
Start with your elbows bent and your hands by your chest with some tension in the band.
Push your arms straight forwards, pulling against the tension in the band.
Control the movement as you bring your arms back to the starting position.
