Posterior shoulder self-myofascial release with ball

Stand next to a wall. A ball is placed between the wall and your shoulder muscles in the area of the outer edge of your scapula (behind your armpit).

Add some pressure and move your arm (e.g. up and down, cross the body and back). Roll the ball along the muscles, try to find tender spots and focus on them.
