Plyometric Wall Push Up
Stand close to a wall with one foot forward. Elbows are bent and hands are facing the wall. Maintain width across your chest and upper back.
Lean forwards touching the wall with your hands and rapidly push your body back to the upright position.
Note. Keep your body aligned through the feet to the top of your head.
