Pallof Press with Exercise Band in Lunge Position

Start by standing and holding an exercise band with bent arms in front of you. The band is secured sideways to you and the slack is taken off so that the band pulls you sideways. Take a step forwards and squat down into a lunge position.

Hold your position while pressing your arms straight forwards and then bending elbows to move back to starting position. Do not let the pull from the band move your position.
