Supine neck flexion/extension (AROM)
Lie on your back with head on the ground.
Lengthen the back of your neck by tucking your chin down towards your chest, creating double chins.
The back of your head should not move off the ground.
Relax and then extend your neck to look slightly behind you.
Relax and return to starting position.
Repeat for required number of repetitions.
