Lunging with resisted trunk rotation

Stand up straight with a resistance band tied to one side, holding the other end in both hands.
Reach your arms out in front a little.
You will feel the band try to pull you around, so use your core stability muscles to resist this.
Take a large step forwards on your affected leg, then drop your hips directly down between both feet, bending your hips and knees to 90 degrees.
Ensure you shoulders remain square, before stepping back to the starting position.
