Stand with feet hip-width apart.
Grip the handle with one hand.
In the starting position, knees are slightly bent and the Kettlebell is between your legs.
Swing the kettlebell back through your legs, hinge at your hips.
Your free hand follows the movement at the same speed as the kettlebell.
Keep your back and neck lengthened.
Swing the Kettlebell up (forwards) by straightening your hips and legs.
Switch hands when the Kettlebell is at the top of the swing.
Continue by taking the Kettlebell between your legs and repeat the swing.
