Stand up straight.
Bend your elbows to 90 degrees.
Begin jogging on the spot.
Try to land onto the middle part of your feet.
Gently swing your arms forwards and backwards.
Your left arm should swing forwards as your right leg lands on the floor.
Your right arm should swing forwards as your left leg lands on the floor.
