Isometric shoulder internal rotation in neutral

Lie flat on your back with your affected arm on a pillow by your side.
Bend your elbow to a right angle with your fingers pointing towards the ceiling.
Place your other hand on the inside of the wrist or forearm of your affected arm.
Push inwards with the affected hand with half your maximum effort, using your good hand to resist this movement. Your good hand must be on the wrist of your affected arm and not on the hand.
Hold and then relax.
