Isometric lumbar flexion in all fours
Start on your hands and knees with your hands under your shoulders and knees under your hips.
Find your neutral position with your spine and head.
Tight your abdominal muscles.
Without moving, try to pull your hands towards your knees and knees towards your hands.
Make sure you have strong core muscles to prevent your back from bending.
