Hip hinge on vibration plate

Stand upright on a vibration plate with feet hip width apart.
Remove your hands from the handles and maintain your balance.
Keeping your back straight, push your hips back and lean your chest slightly forwards, pushing your hips further back as you do this.
Hold this position briefly and then return to the starting position.
Repeat for the required number of repetitions.
