Getting up from the floor without aids

Lie face down on the ground.
Slowly turn your body to the side.
Bring one knee to the side and slowly raise your trunk from the ground.
Kneel and put your hands on the ground.
Take stronger foot forwards bringing your knee towards the chest.
Take both hands on the supporting knee and transfer weight onto the supporting leg.
Stand up from the ground pressing the knee with both hands.
