Finger MCP flexion - intrinsic plus
Start in a seated position.
Place your affected arm on a table with your palm flat and facing down.
Bend your knuckles, keeping the middle and end joints of your fingers straight.
As you bend your knuckles, you should keep the tips of your fingers and your wrist on the table.
Try to bend your knuckles as far as you can before straightening your fingers again.
