Finger DIP joint flexion PROM
Sit upright in a chair.
Place your affected arm on a table with your palm facing down and the tip of your affected finger hanging over the edge.
Use your other hand to bend the tip of the finger as far as you can manage comfortably.
Try to keep the rest of your hand and finger flat on the table while doing this exercise.
Hold this position.
