Finding your neutral spine in 4 point kneeling

Finding your neutral spine in 4 point kneeling

Kneel on all fours with your knees under your hips and your hands under your shoulders.
Gently pull in your pelvic floor and lower-stomach up and in towards your back, as though you were doing up a zipper.
Tilt your pelvis forward and backward to find the point in the middle or “neutral spine position.”
Once you find the midpoint, gently transfer your weight from front to back whilst working with your core muscles.
Try to keep your upper stomach muscles relaxed, your breathing normal, and the position of your spine the same throughout the exercise.

Required equipment: No equipment, Mat
