Elbow Upward Hit

Stand with feet shoulder width apart and knees slightly bent. Position hands near your face with elbows bent by your side (Ready Stance).
Twist your body to the left by straightening the right hip and rotating on the ball of the right foot. Simultaneously drive your right elbow up towards the ceiling.
Return to the ready stance. Repeat on the opposite side.
Breathe out as you drive the elbow up. Breathe in as you return to the ready stance.
