Dynamic lunges continuous movement

Take a large step forward and come into a lunge by bending through both hips and knees.
As you straighten up return to the front leg to the starting position and continue to lunge by swapping legs each time.
In this session you will bring your leg all the way through rather than bringing it toward the other leg.
Try to be continually moving in a controlled manner.
