Dumbbell lateral raise with bent elbows (Adaptive)

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding dumbbells in both hands, arms by your sides, elbows bent.
Lift your arms to the side, up to shoulder height, palms facing down.
Then, lower them back down in a controlled manner.
For those using an arm prosthetic, consider an adapted grip or wrist wrap for securing the dumbbell.
