Cross-over hip stretch in standing - version 2

Stand upright next to a supportive surface.
Cross one leg behind the other, keeping your leg straight.
Bend the knee of your front leg and sink your back hip and leg down towards the floor.
Keep your torso upright through this movement.
Hold briefly and then return to the starting position in a controlled manner.
