Conscious touch and massage in prone - body awareness

Lie on your front with your arms bent and hands beside your forehead.
Slowly scan your body from head to toes and let go the weight of each of your body parts to the ground.
Follow your breath and allow it flow smoothly and freely.
Your assistant stands with their feet at your hip level.
They will lean forward over your body to touch your neck with their fingers.
They will run their hands and fingers along your spine and gently transfers their weight from bone to bone.
They will repeat the gentle "walk" with their fingers along your spine few times.
The massage begins at the neck and ends at the sacrum.
After a while your assistant removes the touch.
In stillness, listen to the feeling after the touch, as if your were "melting".
