Chest press with stick supine

Lie on your back with your legs bent and feet flat on the floor.
Hold a stick or weighted bar across your chest in both hands.
Your elbows should be bent.
Keeping your neck long, push the stick directly up towards the ceiling.
Control the movement as you lower your arms back down to the starting position and repeat.
